Alan Jones	Goalkeeper who began his career with Everton where he spent four years. Alan represented Wales at Under 16 level. During the 2007-08 season Alan played for local rivals Holywell moving to Cae Castell during the following summer.

Steve Hopkins	St Asaph born defender joined the club in the summer of 2004. Spent four seasons with Connahs Quay following his release from Wrexham FC in 1999 and made 138 appearnances for the Nomads. Joined Flint from Airbus in October 2009. (Dob: 12-04-1980)
Ian Parry	Defender in his second spell with the club after also playing for Buckley Town, Holywell Town and Rhydymwyn. Ian made a handful of Welsh Premier appearances whilst with Holywell. (Dob: 17-11-1979)
Mike Banks	Defender signed for Castrol Social of The West Cheshire League during the summer of 2009 having previously played for a number of Wirral based clubs.
John Davies	German born central defender signed from Flint Town, soon after his release by Chester City, during the summer of 2004. One of the most promising young defenders in the Welsh Premiership, John was reported to have joined Colwyn Bay during the summer of 2008 but returned to Broughton before the season began. However he returned to United during the January transfer window in what can only be described as a coup for the Silkmen. (Dob: 20-12-1984)
Stefan Halewood	Hugely promising young central defender in his fifth season at Flint having signed from Longcroft FC who play in Heswall on the Wirral. Voted by the Flint Committee as their Player of the Year 2005-06. Stefan briefly left Cae Y Castell in July 2009 and spent a trial period with Welsh Premier side Bala Town but quickly re-signed for United before the start of the season.

Stuart Hughes	Hard working midfielder with a high level of fitness who graduated from local Sunday league, Stuart has been with United for the best part of ten years but his appearances have been limited by work commitments.
Mike Thelwell	Midfielder signed from Castrol Social of The West Cheshire League during the summer of 2009, brother of striker Simon Thelwell.

Paul W Williams	A former Wales Schools International who was on both Chester City and Wrexham's books as a youth, Paul joined United from Warrington Town two seasons ago.
Jon Kenworthy	Veteran midfielder who made more than twenty First Division appearances for Tranmere Rovers, also gained Welsh Under 21 honours. After 230+ league appearances for Connahs Quay in the Welsh Premier he switched to local rivals Holywell Town and then on to his home town side in January 2006. (Dob: 18-08-1974)
Kevin Leech	Former Christleton striker who signed from Llangollen in July 2009 having previously played for Airbus UK and Cefn Druids. Kevin is an old fashioned centre forward who has scored goals against the best defences in the National league and netted twice for United at Halkyn on 27th December 2005.
