  History & Honours
For many years Bodedern played their football in the Anglesey league.  In 1949 the club finished as runners up in Division Two of the Anglesey League and the in 1975 losing finalists in the Megan Cup.
In 1978 the Second Division championship was won, as it was again in 1982.  Bodedern were Anglesey League champions in both 1991 and 1992 when the Dargie Cup was also won.  By the early 1990s the proposals for the new Cymru Alliance as a forerunner to the LoW were out in the open.  For the first time junior clubs had some clear target or objective and this gave Bodedern a push to move forward.
In 2002 the club reached its highest standing in Welsh football by winning the Gwynedd League and so gaining promotion to the Welsh Alliance, which is the third tier of Welsh football.
In 2002-03 Bodedern were runners up in the Welsh Alliance at the first attempt whilst also capturing the Barritt Cup.
In 2004-05 the club won the Welsh Alliance and applied for promotion to the Cymru Alliance League, which was duly accepted after ground improvements were carried out.
Bodedern kicked off the 2005-06 season as proud new members of the Cymru Alliance, in the second tier of Welsh football, and only one step away from the Welsh Premier.
